The 16-24 firewood processor is our entry-level unit, but it's built to similar specifications as our larger machines. This machine is built to split up to 16" diameter logs and has many features typically found in larger, more expensive units. The 16-24 comes with a 32 HP Kohler Gas Engine, 2 strand live deck, 10' conveyor and a 4-way splitting wedge, allowing you to produce between 1 and 2 cords of split firewood per hour. This is a great processor for shop, farm or for entry level commercial firewood production.
The 18-24 HD firewood processor is our most sought-after unit. It will split 18" diameter logs up to 14' long. The 18-24 HD comes with a 37 HP Kohler Gas Engine, 3 strand live deck and 4-way wedge, with a 44 HP Kubota turbo diesel engine, fast split upgrade, and 6 or 8-way wedges optional. Gas model produces up to 3 cords per hour and the Diesel unit produces up to 4 cords per hour. This processor is built for commercial firewood producers who want to increase production and efficiency.
The 24-30 HD firewood processor is our most powerful unit designed to handle your largest wood. Handling up to 24" diameter logs 14' in length, this machine is powered by a 44 HP Kubota turbo diesel engine. It ships standard with hydraulically adjustable 4, 6, or 8-way splitting wedges, 3 strand live deck and 14' integrated conveyor. This processor is great for splitting that big gnarly, crooked wood that would be too much for a smaller, less capable machine. Produces up to 4 cords per hour.
